At the Farm
Blessing the Fields (Worship and Potluck)
Sunday, May 21st, 4pm to 7pm
The ancient tradition of blessing the fields and praying for a fruitful harvest has been carried on for fifteen centuries and is known as Rogation Sunday. We’ll walk the farm, stopping to pray along the way. We’ll share holy communion. And then we’ll continue the feast with a potluck meal. All are welcome.
This year – 2017 – will be the first time we begin this tradition at the farm. Please join us! Wear walking shoes and dress for the weather as our procession will circle the property. Please bring a dish to pass, a portable chair, and a place setting for the potluck.

Come away and rest a while. Get out of the city, onto the land, and breathe deeply. Then join in giving thanks to God for all the gifts of life, and find community in a shared meal.
Sabbath at the Farm is weather-dependent so please check our Facebook page for updates if rain is in the forecast.
A note about our worship
Our worship reflects the heritage of Anglican spirituality, a middle path between the Roman Catholic and the Reformed Protestant traditions. The whole point of Anglicanism was to create a way to worship God that could include every type of Christian and inspire seekers too. So please know you are welcome, no matter your background or belief.
