Blessing the Fields 2022

Last Sunday, on a sunny spring day, we joined together with old and new friends to bless Plainsong's fields for the new season. With cucumber seedlings spindling upwards in the hoop houses, grass growing much too voraciously already, and a brown house already filled and ready to welcome new people into our midst, we took up branches, dipped them in holy water and blessed the land.
