Food at the Farm
Everybody eats. This is a fact of life that none of us can escape. It also serves as an avenue to show how all of us are connected to each other and to the land on which we live. At Plainsong Farm, we are committed to growing good food that nourishes our neighbors and brings health to the land beneath our feet.
Food grown at Plainsong Farm makes its way into the community in a variety of ways through our Nourish Your Neighbors Program. We offer a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture Shares), a seasonal onsite Farm Stand, and work with community partners to donate and sell food at a highly discounted price so people in need have access to fresh, healthy produce.
CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Shares
Community Supported Agriculture is a subscription model in which members enjoy weekly pickups of fresh produce throughout the growing season. Our CSA model offers the freedom to choose what veggies you take home. Weekly harvests consist of many different vegetables, according to what is in season.
Cost: $400 for 20 weeks of produce
*Pickups are Wednesdays 4:30-6:30 pm June through October at the farm.
Farm Stand
Plainsong’s Farm Stand offers fresh and seasonal produce, herbs, and flowers every week June through October. The Farm Stand is pay-what-you-can ensuring that no one is ever turned away due to inability to pay. Look for the sign by the road indicating produce is available!
Accepted payments: Cash, Check, Credit Card

Food Access Programs
Good food can be expensive and hard to get for individuals and families throughout our community. As a farm, Plainsong is committed to working collaboratively with our neighbors to face our local food access challenges and make sure everyone has the nourishing food they need to thrive.
Plainsong intentionally partners with community organizations to make good food more accessible and affordable.
