Mike Edwardson (he/him) is the co-founder and co-director of Plainsong Farm & Ministry. Mike’s diverse  background and experiences - coaching, small-scale farming, pastoral ministry, environmental education, facilities maintenance- serve to support the wide array of programs and activities happening at the Farm. Day-to-day, Mike can be found training volunteers and service corps fellows to manage farming operations, fundraising for the organization, and maintaining the facilities and grounds of the Farm.  

Mike and his partner Bethany, have lived in the Rockford area for over 10 years and spend their time running after their three little girls on neverending adventures. Outside of work, Mike enjoys playing and coaching basketball, hiking and trail running, and enjoying a well-made cup of coffee.
